Details for Train the Trainer Certificate Form

CAEHA will offer Continuing Education Hours for professionals attending the Cal-Code Train-the-Trainer.  A fee of $10.00 will establish and maintain a permanent record of your attendance.  The hours will be recorded with CAL CUPA Forum and CECH's will be awarded based on attendee hours.  Proof of attendance at training session will be required to earn the CECH’s.
