Webinar:  Implementing the CIFOR Guidelines for Foodborne Disease Outbreak Response

Public health and environmental health leaders are invited to join foodborne disease experts to learn more about the 2009 Council to Improve Foodborne Outbreak Response (CIFOR) Guidelines.

Implementing the CIFOR Guidelines for Foodborne Disease Outbreak Response: Food for thought and action (Webinar)
Thursday, January 28, 2010
1:00-2:00 pm EST (10 am - 12 noon PST)

This webinar has been designed for senior public health and environmental health officials at state and local levels who are responsible for supervising staff involved in foodborne disease surveillance, investigation, and control activities or are responsible for securing and designating resources for these activities. Future webinars and materials will target staff and agency teams who carry out foodborne disease-related activities.

Participants will learn how their agencies can take steps to improve foodborne disease surveillance, investigation, and control and will have an opportunity to ask questions about the CIFOR Guidelines related to their own programs. Participants can earn continuing education credits (e.g., CMEs, CNEs, CEUs, and CECHs) for viewing this webinar.

Registration is limited. Go to http://cste.webex.com to learn more about this webinar and to register.
