Tim Snellings, owner of Nettop Publishing is the founder of the CCDEH website in 1996 and current webmaster for CCDEH websites.

Currently, the CCDEH website is comprised of two areas, a public area and a Members Only section.

Tim is a former EH Director for Nevada County from 1990 - 2000 and a Past President in 2000. His experience/understanding of the organization, with EH and as a webmaster has helped create and continue to develop this website.
