The easiest way is to make sure that you've first registered to have access to the Members area.  NOTE:  Your registration will be reviewed to confirm that you are eligible to be either a Regular Member, Associate Member or Retired Member. 

After you have been approved, you will be emailed a notification that you can now access the Members Area.  Once you have logged in, on the Members Homepage, you will see a link to enter your email address and "Join the EMail Listserv Group". 

Once you've completed the final registration process, you will be able to send/receive emails from our membership and network like never before...
