REHSs whose registration expires on December 31, 2011, will need to have completed 24 contact hours of approved continuing education in order to renew their registration for the next two year cycle.  In order to ascertain approved sources of trainings the list of approved accrediting agencies is located on the REHS website at http://www.cdph.ca.gov/certlic/occupations/Pages/REHS.aspx

Be sure to encourage all REHSs to obtain their 24 contact hours prior to their renewal deadline to ensure that their registration will not be suspended.
