Integrated Waste Management Board, establishes an integrated waste
management program, including providing for recycling to reduce solid
waste disposal.
This bill would instead require the board, in consultation with the
Department of Conservation and the Department of Toxic Substances
Control, to prepare and submit to the Legislature on or before December
1, 2005, a report that identifies any duplication or overlap of programs
administered and funded by those agencies.
